They get the order wrong all the time, because they are always rushing ,because they are timed on each customer. I prefer quality over quickness
Slow but freindly1person working the drive thru and counter. Orderd 2 for $4.00 croissants sausage egg and cheese. There was no egg on either one..Sign at door says new ownership. The last one must have been really bad..PS. the croissants were good, just not prepared properly. .
Bad customer service, the resturant is dirty not a single table clean, they had sticky ketchup on the tables I had to grab napkins and put water on it and clean the table myself, the manager is working in the back of the Ketchen instead of providing customer guest and taking care of the lobby, the employees was putting fries the cups and their fingers all over it, just a terrible experience overall and I don’t usually eat Burger King, but after this experience I’m not stepping a foot inside a Burger King resturant specifically this location .. smh
The Business was a mess... If the Business had not been cooking EVERYTHING fresh and I witness it for myself... I would have WALKED OUT!!!!
Absolutely disgusting. Filthy, dirty, had not been cleaned, swept or mopped. Days old pop and ketchup stuck everywhere. Place needs to be inspected. A disease factory. Ice machine was empty, employee came from behind the counter and stuck her bare hand inside the chute. I have been a truck driver for over 25 years and eaten in some real questionable places. This is the nastiest I’ve seen in years. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
